Direct all management reporting activities and serve as global product finance business manager for the

Escrow business within Treasury Services division. P&L responsibility with annual revenue in excess of $200

million, direct managed expense base of $40 million, and total expenses of $80 million. Total assets under

escrow exceed $40 billion

Responsible for weekly and monthly budget forecasts, financial results, executive management packages,

and sales impact. Create weekly reports on various metrics and business drivers. Responsible for

development of annual plans as well as financial forecasts (monthly and quarterly). Analyze, investigate, and

report out variances to budget results

Previously held same role for Corporate Trust and Government Services business line with revenues in

excess of $300 million and total expenses of $200 million.

Led finance work stream for the conversion and integration of several portfolio acquisitions worth $12

million to $15 million in annual revenues.

Collaborated with product and treasury teams to generate incremental $3 to $4 million in revenue by

maximizing corporate transfer pricing by analyzing Escrow client portfolio and taking several short term

investment positions.

Vice President, Escrow Client Service Manager, Institutional Trust Services

Managed 30 person staff with 4 direct reports, across 4 locations nationally, responsible for $115 million of

revenue with 40% efficiency ratio. Responsible for client management and service delivery teams supporting

Escrow transactions (~ 900 new transactions in addition to ongoing support of ~ 3000 existing transactions).

Managed teams responsible for contract review and documentation, housing of cash and securities, contract

compliance, and receipt and disbursement of funds as directed. Partnered with Risk, compliance, and

operations to ensure optimal processes and controls in place

Bankers Trust Company – Jersey City, NJ 1989 to 1997

Vice President, Vendor Management Group, Retirement Services Group

Managed eight professionals responsible for relationships with various external vendors in charge of the

production of participant checks, participant statements, annual tax statement, and proxy statements for
