motivated individual with more than 9 years of supervision. I have a great

Experience:

Throughout my years in manufacturing I have demonstrated my accomplishments

in innovation, successfully modernizing processes, procedures, and

equipment. Innovation for me is not just a key word but a philosophy of

mine as seen in my resume. I have worked passionately to improve every

aspect of the manufacturing floor from acquisition of machinery, in-house

metrology, as well as calibration of in-house gaging. As a supervisor I

While working at my current employer in order to achieve a personal goal of

moving from machining to supervision I returned to college, where I earned

my Bachelor's degree in Business Management. I did this while working full

time, showing my dedication in achieving my goal. The 3 years of additional

education helped me to grow into my role as a new supervisor.
