• Primary responsibilities include consolidation of monthly forecast and collection of actual data to measure KPI’s

for over 160 operating companies of Sysco, identifying key metrics to be collected for the annual planning process

from operating companies leadership to prepare a consolidated corporate annual plan, and conducting strategic,

financial, and business case analysis on ad-hoc projects before implementation at Corporate or the operating

companies.

• Project Lead for the implementation of SAP Business Planning and consolidation (BPC) for the annual profit plan

consolidation for operating companies and corporate budgets. The project was implemented within two months

and the team was applauded by management for fast closure and seamless execution of the project. Also involved

in designing and building reports using EVDRE and EVGET functions in planning and consolidation office client

for excel.

• Lead and managed various fold-in and fold-out analysis to help improve operational performance of our

companies, and also reduce costs to support bottom-line improvements for Sysco. Also involved in analysis to

determine whether acquisitions are stand-alone or folded-in to existing operating companies.
