08/2011 to Present Director of Human Resources; United States Infrastructure
Corporation. Private equity held underground utility locating
corporation which acquired Consolidated Utility Services, Inc. via
stock purchase on July 29, 2011. Combined operations currently
services over 800 utility companies in 31 states and Canada with
4,500 employees. Contracted employee, reporting to the COO,
assigned to integration team to identify and capitalize on
synergies and eliminate duplication within the merged companies.
To date capturing over $10,000,000 in cost savings through
strategic personnel reductions in the field operations and the
restructuring of both corporate and field overhead functions.
Concurrent field human resource responsibilities to ensure
compliance with Company protocols, collective bargaining
agreements, as well as, all state and federal labor laws.
07/2007 to 08/2011 Director of Human Resources and Risk Management;
Consolidated Utility Services, Inc. Private equity owned venture
providing underground utility locating and damage prevention
services to over 400 utility companies with over 1,100 employees
in 25 states, as well as, the Canadian provinces of British
Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Senior position directly
reporting to the CEO, COO, and CFO. Responsible to build
corporate human resource and payroll functions, provide
leadership for all areas of payroll, human resources and risk
management. Provide training and on-going direction to field
management staff in all areas of management, labor law
compliance and policy administration.
Direct counsel for CEO, COO and CFO, as well as, board of
directors on all aspects of human capital administration.
Serve as company representative for all litigation matters.

01/1999 to 07/2007 Corporate Director of Human Resources; Roberts Dairy
Company, Omaha, Nebraska. Joint venture operation of dairy co-
operatives Dairy Farmers of America and Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc.
Senior Staff position, reporting directly to the President, with
responsibilities to develop and lead all aspects of the human
resource function for multiple union and non-union manufacturing,
distribution, and administrative facilities in a six state area
employing over 800 persons.
Installed pay for performance and sales incentive programs to
drive results in efficiencies and profitability.
Serve as corporate labor relations representative for all
locations. Principle negotiator for all collective bargaining with
responsibility for ongoing contract administration for all
Teamster and Operating Engineer represented locations.
Develop and administer all human resource policy and
procedures, including affirmative action compliance and
reporting.
Serve as counsel to all levels of management in matters
related to policy interpretation and administration, as well as,
employment law issues.
Serve as primary company representative for all employment
law matters. Defend company against all EEOC charges and
OFCCP audits. Manage company defense in all legal
proceedings in both state and federal court, as well as,

Manage in-house payroll department with an annual payroll in
excess of $38,000,000.00. Installed computerized timekeeping
system in all locations to gain efficiencies and payroll
accuracy.
