Experience
In total I have twenty-seven years of project management and supervision
experience. I am familiar with ISO 9000 Engineering Standards, USDA standards on
equipment safety, and OSHA standards on equipment design. My experience ranges from
in plant maintenance and supervision. Complete project management, design and
installation of new equipment and processes. Which include working CAD drawings,
organizing and supervision of support utilities upon installation, and operational training
for maintenance and production employees.

Project Manager: Controlled and managed all aspects of projects from the quoting process
through design, purchasing, and installation supervision.

April 2012 Custom equipment design and manufacturing for Fast Food, Pork, Beef,
and
Poultry processing.
Sales Engineer and Project Manager: Started as a Draftsman and Design Engineer
producing shop drawings for custom equipment designs. Promoted to Sales Engineer where
I supported sales by working with plant engineers and creating site specific layouts for
equipment installation and managed electrical and plumbing sub-contractors as to meet
the customers start up deadlines. Then Promoted to Project Manager and directly
supervised Engineering, Purchasing, and Quality Control for all equipment manufactured.
July 1995 Stork Gamco. Gainesville, GA
August 2000 Poultry processing equipment manufacturer.
Service Representative and Pre-Installation Engineer: Started as a Service Representative
servicing poultry processing equipment and supervising the installation of equipment.
Promoted to Contract Manager over all of the service contracts where I conducted
maintenance and operational training on equipment. I assisted the Research and
development department in working out flaws in their Nu-tech high speed processing lines
to help get equipment more efficient. I was then promoted to Pre-Installation Engineer and
placed over their new MX high speed cut-up line. I headed up the research and
development on the line, bringing the efficiency up by Twenty Percent and also helped in
making the equipment more modular to shorten install time eliminating customer down
time. I worked very closely with site Project Managers producing working layouts for
equipment installation that were specific for their projects as well as managing the
plumbing and electrical sub-contractors. I also worked very closely with United States
Department of Agriculture (USDA) to address their concerns on equipment safety and
sanitation for these projects.
