.Directed the operation of companied owned distribution facilities totaling

300,000 sq ft, $10M+ in inventory, 125+ hourly employees with 3 supervisors

.Responsibilities included receiving, inventory control and shipping of

.Directing a team of 6 Supervisors, 225+ employees in a 500,000-sq. ft.

facility, with over 20,000 SKUs', averaging 150,000 orders daily using

automated and manual methods.

.Knowledgeable in the use of various inventory programs, RF scanning,

automated picking systems, various types of packaging equipment, sorting

and manifesting systems.

.Warehouse configurations, labor management, production planning
