*Manage portfolio of twelve acres encompassing Admission Office, Maintenance buildings, land, Daycare centers

and Security guard house. Responsible for HUD (Housing Urban Development) Section 8-202 property. Single

and multifamily rental housing with sixty triplex units, inclusive of 150 plus elderly and disabled residents.

Performance managed personnel staff, prepare time sheets submit to payroll, approve OT as necessary. Utilize

monthly budget of $90,000 to maintain property expenses, purchase office supplies and building equipment for

property. Supervise site security and maintenance staff, hold monthly meeting for residents. Administer rent

collection, account deposits, incident reporting and work order procedures.

Conduct application and recertification review process, pursue delinquencies, Enforce agency rules.

Ensure vacant apartments are clean and ready for lease, provide agency welcome package. Monitor applicant

files, update housing waiting list, conduct applicant interviews with agency president.

Complete move-in/move-out inspections with maintenance supervisor. Perform physical walks inspect property,

meetings-provide support to Manager, Board and Association members. In charge of all files, mail delivery

services, ordering and maintaining inventory of all office supplies. Review time sheets, supervise maintenance
