Employed by the Architectural group to assist in the design and developing
of various industrial and commercial projects through out the United States and
around the world. Architectural & structural detailing utilizing Autocad 2007 and

(Temporary assignment) HVAC layout, architectural background development with

Recruited by this world-renowned manufacturer of highly specialized welding systems to
work with a team of other CAD specialists in the coordinating, space planning, and
computerized design of all internal moves and physical reorganizations throughout their
facilities spanning 2.5 million square feet. Following on-site inspection of space/facility
undergoing transformation and utilizing Intergraph Microstation Software, document,
detail, and design various manufacturing and office layouts, including all lighting,
architectural, HVAC, structural, and industrial components required to ensure a user-
friendly, ergonomically oriented, efficient, and cost effective space/facility. Consistently
demonstrated an ability to make independent decisions and handle a great deal of
autonomy while working as an integral member of the Facilities Engineering Department

Initially brought on board to design, document, and detail the space needed for the
installation of numerous hair color and shampoo tanks and all related process
equipment, including: industrial pumps, motors, electrical panels, and conduit circuits.
Utilized AutoCAD software. Following the fruition of this extensive project, assisted
other member of the Facilities Engineering Department with a myriad of other CAD-
related projects.
3/94-8/95 B.P. America Cleveland, Ohio
Hired to assist in the civil and architectural design and transformation of hundreds of old
Sohio Gas Stations into B.P. Stations. Personally surveyed sites to secure grading
plans and ensure all structures and new designs were in accordance with local codes.

As a full time designer with this established consulting firm specializing in the rebuild of
industrial engineering and architectural projects, responsibilities were disparate and all
encompassing. Designed and detailed comprehensive HVAC, mechanical, electrical
and structural layouts for LTV, BP, Firestone, and various other clients. Autocad
software.
10/90-5/92 Arnco Corporation Elyria, Ohio
Worked with the Engineering Department in the industrial layout and re-design of their
250,000 square foot plant. Also assisted in the creation of graphic design and
illustration of various plastic extrusion equipment for the sales team. Autocad software.
3/88-9/90 Hall Processing Sytems Westlake, Ohio
Proposal Designer for newspaper handling equipment manufacturer. Design and
layout of conveyors and mechanical equipment for the processing and delivery of
printed material from press to truck. Created graphics for R&D and Marketing
departments as needed. Autocad software.
9/87-6/92** TRW Incorporated Cleveland, Ohio
Coordinated internal moves along with the Facility Management team. Demonstrated
strong AutoCAD skills in the layout and space planning of various offices and corporate
facilities for TRW. Created structural models as needed.

Directly assisted the architects at this creative firm with all aspects of designing and
creating customized residential and commercial architectural drafting projects. Detailed
AutoCAD drawings included HVAC and electrical layouts, and plumbing stack diagrams.
In addition, created catalog and brochure graphics and architectural models as needed.
