Debt issuance - lead $300 million debt issuance in 2008 issuing 10

year debt at 5.95%.

CP Program - led conversion from 3a3 to 4(2) and increase from $350

to $500 million as well as active management of program.

Managed development of $500 million backup credit revolver.

Interest Swap - Lead on fixed to floating interest rate swap that

to saved company $2+ million in interest expense and during unwind

resulted in $3.8 million gain.
