2010-Present

Office Manager, Operations Department

Responsible for supporting 130+ employees on varies duties including office

management, human resources and employee services. Global headquarters for

InMobi is based in Bangalore, India and the North America headquarters is

based in San Francisco, California. Hired as employee #18 and continue to

help on-board over 112 new hires.

. Office Management: Oversee general office management duties which

include facilities management, ordering snacks and supplies, vendor

management, planning office events and quarterly company meetings,

developing visitors guide, supervising emergency procedures and

processing payments for invoices. Project managed two office moves for

90 employees, construction at new office and purchase of new office

furniture.

. Human Resources: Partner with the Human Resources department and TriNet

(outsource payroll and benefits company) in handling human resources

operations and employee relations for the North America office. Projects

include overseeing U.S. employee handbook, managing new employee on-board

process to ensure a smooth transition into company, planning and

scheduling new hire training classes, processing H-1B Visa paperwork,

401k administrator working closely with Nicholas Pension (TPA) and

partnering with recruiters in scheduling interviews for candidates.

Operations Manager, Operations Department (2004-2009)

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office including

instituting standard operating procedures, training all employees,

financial reporting, facilities management, managing contracts, supporting

the managing director and supervising the operations coordinator.

. Developed the Helix Office Management Handbook outlining office

procedures, policies, and checklists to support staff in performing

office related duties.

. Developed training programs for all employees including standard

Production Project Manager, Gap Global Communications Department (2001-

2002)

Responsible for overseeing design and production process of educational

material for over 2000 Gap stores worldwide. Facilitated daily meetings to

assign and prioritize the team's workload. Managed the timeline

requirements by establishing and maintaining the production calendar.

Oversaw the production and distribution of educational material to all Gap

stores worldwide by collaborating with operations department, global

regional offices and print vendors.

1992-2000

Packaging Project Manager, Global Business Management Department (1999-

2000)

Responsible for managing the development and execution of all global

packaging projects by establishing timetables and procedures, training all

departments, global regional offices and agencies, approving artwork files

prior to production and supervising the artwork coordinator. Ensured

packaging projects moved forward and met deadlines during corporate

reorganization and downsizing by developing standard artwork templates in

multiple language configurations and standards guidebooks for new team
