Fulfills a critical role leading the execution of project management

functions for the organization. Mr. Redd currently has 7 direct reports and

25 indirect reports with additional collaborative relationships to over 110

project managers.

Key Accomplishments:

. PMO Charter - Created the organizational mandate for the PMO to exist

by defining the PMO's mission, primary functions, organizational

structure, sponsors and stake holders to successfully build the PMO.

. Performance Reporting - enhanced performance reporting using Primavera

(P6), Primavera Contract Manager, SAP, @ Risk, and Primavera Risk

Manager.

. Risk Management - Implemented a risk management program for all

projects requiring Board Authorization. Approximately 200 qualitative

and quantitative risk assessments completed to date.

. Baseline Policy - created and implemented a Baseline Policy to control

scope, schedule and costs for all active projects within the Capital

Plan.

. Project Management Training - Instituted training and mentoring for

project managers and mandated a PMI certification requirement.

Currently over 80% of the Agency PMPs are PMP certified through this

program.

. Lunch-n-Learn Series - created continuous learning sessions for PMPs

to earn PDU credits during the year on critical project management

topics.

. Project Control Services - enhanced project controls using state-of-

the art software to provide Project Control Teams within the PMO to

support Project Managers in budgeting, scheduling, tracking &

reporting using Primavera (P6), Primavera Contract Manager, SAP, @

Risk, and Primavera Risk Manager.

. Team Building Workshops - initiated and coordinated a series of

project management team building workshops to build relationships with

Line Department Project Managers and Engineering Department Managers.

As a result, both Departments have begun to work together more

efficiently.

. Cost Loaded Schedules Project - developing industry best practices

for integrated cost, schedule and scope controls within the Agency's

portfolio. 75% Complete.

. FTE Analysis Tool - implemented an FTE tool used by Line Departments

to estimate project management resources with the Capital Plan for a

given year.

. Project Management Executive Dashboard - issued monthly as a

communication tool to various stakeholders within the Agency to

increase transparency and visibility. Model adapted for Line

Department dashboards to the Executive Director.

Pioneered the launch and ongoing management of this leading provider of

engineering and project management services, with a focus on the

transportation, technology, communication, and construction industries.

Effectively managed all aspects of contract procurement and administration,

engaging in requirements analysis, estimates, and bidding. Embarked on a

team building effort, recruiting, hiring, and training a staff of 14 cross-

disciplinary professionals while implementing performance metrics and

controls to motivate the highest levels of performance. Shepherded the

input inspection and punch-list data into smart phones that saved the

J-companies 12% across their $850M portfolio of construction projects.

Served in a variety of project management oversight roles for this project

and construction management support services organization, with primary

responsibility for $400M in NYC Transit technology projects. Directed all

aspects of project control implementation, data analytics, and review of

expectations. Collaborated extensively with staff and consultants to

address and resolve design and construction issues, while providing monthly

reports to oversight committees.
