Direct a team of civilian contractors for the Joint Trauma Analysis & Preventing Injuries in Combat

program. Coordinate extensively with teams of functional experts at the Department of Defense’s

medical, materiel, and intelligence organizations to produce high-level data analysis. Actively

provide guidance and review of the scope of work, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and other

product management activities.

Supervise critical projects responding to official requests for information and analysis. Provide

hands-on leadership and supervision to ensure the most effective group effort, including personnel

evaluation, work schedule management, relationship maintenance within and throughout

partnership. Prepare and present oral and written analysis to senior executive level Department of

Defense civilian leaders and military staff.

U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command, Fort Detrick, MD

Command Inspector General 2006 to 2010

Provided inspection, investigation, and assistance for 12 subordinate commands across ten states

and seven countries, with oversight of +8K people. Delivered analysis of systemic issues,

conducted root cause analysis, and coordinated for appropriate corrective actions in accordance

with best possible standards and policy. Wrote the first fully functional and approved inspection

program for the command.

Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center, Fort Detrick, MD

Senior Medical Intelligence Officer 2002 to 2006

Deployed to Baghdad in support of Iraq Survey Group as Deputy Commander for Defense

Intelligence Agency’s Chemical/Biological Intelligence Support Team. Directed assessments,

forecasts, and estimates for numerous foreign health systems and medical infrastructure initiatives,

including time-critical directives from operational forces. Delivered actionable intelligence and

analytics to highest related echelons, including Secretary of the Army, Secretary of Defense, and

President of United States.

520th Theater Army Medical Laboratory, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

Plans, Operations, Intelligence, Security, and Training Officer 1997 to 2000

Responsible for the training and care of 73 soldiers and all unit equipment. Coordinated missions to

rapidly deploy in support of all Combatant Commands to conduct presumptive analysis for
