Set-up, Program G-code and Mazatrol on a wide range of Lathes, Mills, VTL’s, and HBM’s. I train
employees to run production and set-up. I have had a key role in helping this company make a 6 million
dollar profit in 2012. I help with a wide range of manager duties including scheduling the work for
machines as well as the employees to the machines. Some of the machine brands I work on now are
Youji, Vanguard, Makino, Mazak, Fortune, Hass, Niigita, Puma Doosan, Ikegai, Hyundai, Johnford,
Samsung, HNK, Fortune Victor and Okuma. I am very proficient with inspection equipment and GD&T.
A lot of the parts at this shop weigh from 200lbs to 4000lbs. which means there is no room for error.

Worked directly from blueprint, patterns, and sketches to manufacture production and one off parts
mainly on a 450 Mazak lathe. I set-up and ran many other mills ant lathes at this shop that included bar
feeders and cell work. I would first piece and inspect parts with a wide range on inspection equipment
such as a Brown & Sharp CMM and a Faro Arm to ensure that the quality of the product was to print
specifications

Set-up & ran high production cell’s on many Mazak mills & lathes. Some were chucker jobs and a lot of
the cells were equipped with LNS bar feeders and gantry loaders. I was responsible for prototype work
and updating part files with set-up sheets and programs for approx. 600+ part numbers. Control types
range from T2 to PC fusion.
