Design, engineer and estimate drawings for Fire Life Safety, Security, Access Control, CCTV, Paging, Intercom and
Nurse Call Systems on design-build projects as well as review and estimate planned and specified jobs. Create
submittal packages for owners, architects, consultants and AHJs. Apply for and obtain required building permits prior to
mobilization of project. Coordinate with drafting department to keep drawings up to date with change orders as project
progresses. Assist Project Manager in all aspects of project including mobilization by maintaining extensive contact
with vendors, field employees and local jurisdictions. Provide all closeout documentation including signed off final
inspections, certificates of completion, as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals. I was promoted to
Project Manager after six months as a Project Engineer.
