Tool Setter

Digital height gauge, and Dial indicators.

Zoller Height gauges, as well as mill setting tables.

General Maintenance

• Passed a previous employers maintenance entry exam in mid to high 80 percentile. Was the

youngest and one of only 4 people to pass it on the first attempt.

• Worked with and maintained complex dedicated dial machines, CNC Machine centers, as well

as Robots and pressure leak testers.

• Experience working with schematic drawings, ladder logic, and basic programming of FANUC

controllers.

• Obtained experience of fabricating items for machines as well as custom making / modifying

pieces with hand lathes / mills.

Setup Technician

While working at Tenneco I acquired skills setting up and adjusting tooling as well as programs

on horizontal tube benders.

• While at Tenneco I acquired a bit more leadership skills. Though it was bottom level

Human Anatomy 201 – complete digital data base of all human tissues for feuture use in lab

manuals and teaching aids. Processed tissue samples from slide form to digital image

using high resolution microscopy.

Human Physiology 202 – Created lab reports and data tables from data collected in lab activities

for use in online applications.

Organic / Biochemistry 210 – The Great coffee comparison. Collected testing samples of large

chain coffee dispensaries (i.e. Starbucks, Bigbee, Dunkin Doughnuts) coffee, espresso,

and decaffeinated coffee. Caffeine extracted to be measured for comparison between

each brand.

Micro Biology 205 – created a single wavelength light source array for a bright field microscope

and indicated the application of which it could be beneficial and used by not only

institutions of higher learning but within industry as well.

NOTES / OTHER INFORMATION:

While working with previous employer I took part in the company obtaining there certification for

both TS9000 and QS 9000 quality standards as well as ISO 14001 environmental standard. I also

received a certificate in First aid, Adult CPR, Blood borne pathogens, and Oxygen administration

as a first responder through the Red Cross. The company had a few people as well as myself

trained in this to take care of people in the instance of an injury. I also received a license for

operating forklift.
