Checkwriter, a third-party application, which integrates data from legacy systems to automate

•Process Redesign - Analyzed and modified existing workflows in QUEST, CAF’s customer
service front end. This streamlined payment service and title release processes, resulting in
shorter phone time with customers, simpler manual processes, and fewer executive complaints.

modifications designed to create functional efficiencies. Translated business needs into

•Gap Remediation Project - Converted the Titles Reference System (TRS) to MS Access
2002 with an Oracle 9i database, which provided the business with the latest technology
available.
•Technical Support – Created QA environment for secure development and wrote
standardized turnover procedures for TRS.
