- Navigate complex and ever-changing regulations to oversee the

development, design and construction of office buildings and build-to-

suit projects.

decision-making, and problem resolution.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

- Secure necessary approvals for property development rights. Leverage

professional relationships within communities and regulatory authorities

to drive the sometimes-unpredictable approval process as necessary.

- Prepare status reports outlining adherence to budgets, scheduling,

contract specifications, and quality standards.

- Verify work is substantially complete, arrange for any contractually

required tests, and prepare closeout paperwork for release of final

payment. Review and approve invoices.

RISK MANAGEMENT

- Evaluate proposals, bids, contracts, budgets, and schedules and design

plans that maximize resource allocation based on detailed analysis of

historical data of direct and indirect costs.

- Identify areas of likely cost overruns for monitoring. Design and

implement effective cost containment strategies and comprehensive

contingency plans.

- Employ strategies utilizing bid bonds, performance bonds, and payment

bonds to reduce risks.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

- Directed the development of four (4) business parks, 500+ acres of green

field development, and multiple retail location across the United States.

Completed all projects on schedule and within budget.

- Successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects for high profile

clients including ITT, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Oracle, Intel,

Merrill Lynch, Trump Inc., IBM, and the US Government.

- Led project teams in the transformation of existing nonfunctional

buildings into redesigned fully leased quality assets.
