Supervised all Divisional Managers and Construction Managers throughout the U.S. and the
Caribbean. Directed and coordinated the assessment group in formulating developmental costs for
acquisition and subsequent construction. One of three key individuals in assessing feasibility of
site acquisitions. Generated P&L forecasts and future operating budgets. Recruited and staffed
development teams in local and national markets. Teams consisted of architectural and
engineering disciplines, technical support groups, and general contracting responsibilities. Grew

state area client base. This objective was achieved a year early. Hard line negotiator and value
