• Responsible for product engineering and all domestic manufacturing operations including four plants, 1,500

employees and 15 product lines.

• Built two new plants and led diversification into electronic fuel control systems such as credit card

dispensers.

• Negotiated acquisition of several new products and two new companies.

• Responsible for negotiation of all government contracts.

• Participated in project for NYSE listing.

• Member of team negotiating labor agreement with the UAW.
