Senior Maintenance and Special Projects Engineer: Job responsibilities include administration, budget,
equipment maintenance, special project engineer including several Cintas Plants in the United States,
hiring, training of maintenance employees. I am certified as steam specialist for boilers, and have
completed the OSHA ten hour courses as well as the Siemens 12 interactive electrical fundamental
courses, safety arc flash courses and supervisor effectiveness training. My primary responsibilities are to
assist the plant manager by maintaining records for maintenance, maintaining equipment and maintaining
the facility including waste water and safety.
1983 TO 1996 ATLANTIS PLASTICS
Maintenance Manager /Special Projects Engineer: Job responsibilities include maintenance department
budget, coordinating OSHA and environmental compliance program, implementation and administration
of ISO 9002 calibration program and procedures. Performed and documented purchasing activities and
inventory activities to obtain optimum price, quality, technical specifications and service. I continually
upgraded existing equipment to run more efficiently with my own design. Assisted in the design,
installation and selection of equipment, materials and preventative maintenance techniques as well as
evaluating on a daily basis any malfunctioning equipment.
SPECIAL PROJECTS ENGINEER AT ATLANTIS PLASTICS: Traveled to New Jersey, Massachusetts,
and Texas to act as primary interface between Atlantic Plastics and external sources to develop and design
new lines to expand the company’s production capabilities. Provided instructional materials and training
in the installation and implementation of new manufacturing lines to increase company proficiency and
profits to meet the increasing sales quota. Under my direction we completed one of these new lines three
months ahead of the original schedule to receive full tax benefits for the Atlantis Company.

While in the Navy I attended numerous electronics and Sonar Technician School. I was assigned to a
nuclear submarine, SSN596 U.S.S. Barb Submarine, where I was a Sonar Technician. Honorable
discharge in 1981
