Founding member of GenPower Carbon Solutions LP funded by First Reserve, a

premier private equity group focused on energy with over US$ 19BN under

management.

Our team secured a large portfolio of renewable power generation and carbon

offset projects in biogas, biomass, coal mine methane and energy efficiency

in Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Colombia and Thailand developed under the

United Nations Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). The portfolio consisted

of approximately 260 MW of renewable power, equivalent to 50 million tons

of CO2 reductions and potential investment of US$ 250MM when it was

recently sold.

GenPower Services focused on the development, construction and operation of

renewable energy and traditional power generation plants including the

$2.0BN Longview Power 690 MW supercritical coal facility located in West

Virginia. The company was funded by First Reserve.

. Created and implemented management reporting formats for development

projects and board financial updates

. Evaluated hedging options for Longview's potential carbon exposure

under proposed US climate legislation and reported findings to board

which led to the formation of GenPower Carbon Solutions

. Managed corporate level financial analysis, board reporting and

financial management of development projects including $130MM water

infrastructure secured financing for Longview plant as well as all IT

functions

. Implemented data center-based, NERC compliant IT infrastructure
