of NWT from Manufacturing Facility to a Warehouse and Distribution,
Service and Logistics Center. Originally had approximately 450
associates with $100
million in annual sales. All Manufacturing and equipment was
transferred to facilities in Asia starting in 2008 and finalized
earlier this year. Moved over $200 million in assets and multiple OEM
production lines to Asia without any interruption to customer(s)
schedule or quality issues. Asian owned but was recently sold to a
European Company.

Responsible for Profit and loss plus all plant activities including
Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Production Control, Purchasing,
Human Resources. Contract manufacturer of electro mechanical switches
and wiring for the automotive industry. Processes include molding,
automated and manual assembly. Asian owned and managed. Closed in
2007. Approximately 300 associates and $60 Million in annual sales.

Genesee A&B, Inc. Mt. Juliet TN, 37122
Responsible for Profit and loss plus all plant activities including
Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Production Control, Purchasing,
Human Resources. Genesee was a contract manufacturer of metal stamping
components for the automotive industry. Processes included stamping
(Up to 600 Ton), welding and assembly. Workforce of approximately 40
associates with $25 million in annual sales.
Plant Manager January 1996 - March 1999
GMP Metal Products Humboldt TN.
Responsible for Profit and loss plus all plant activities including
Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Production Control, Purchasing,
Human Resources. Contract manufacturer of stamped and welded
components for the heavy mining construction and agricultural
industries. Processes included stamping, welding, laser cutting,
shearing, painting, plating and assembly. Metal stamping presses went
up to 1500 tons. Approximately 70 associates, $50 million in sales.
Plant Manager November 1991 - November 1995
Hi-Lex Controls Litchfield MI.
Responsible for Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Materials
departments in this Asian owned manufacturer of automotive cable
driven window regulators. Processes included high-speed assembly,
stamping, welding and injection molding. Japanese owned and managed.
Approximately 250 associates and $160 million in sales.
Manufacturing/Lean Manager 1986-1991
Douglas and Lomason Atlanta GA.
I worked in their Corporate Office and visited each of their 18 North
American Plants implementing Lean Concepts and training Management and
Associates in key Lean practices. This company was bought out by Magna
Corporation in 1991 and the Corporate Offices of D&L were closed.

dedication and ability to work with the different levels of Management
and Union I was promoted to Training Coordinator and was responsible
for numerous associate training programs including the counseling of
