A general project superintendent that specializes in industrial, commercial and residential

construction. Results oriented, hands on contraction and development professional with over thirty

years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry. At least seven of those years as a

foreman and eighteen years in a superintendent, three years as general superintendent and two years

as an owner representative . Verifiable track record for the successful completion of multi million

dollar projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport

with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients while maintaining costs. Versed in

negotiations, impending design problems, building code and regulations, material purchasing, site

management through certificate of occupancy. Experienced in concrete and cmu construction, and

concrete restoration, including water and waste water treatment plant construction, piping and

mechanical equipment installation, Structural steel building construction, Tilt wall construction,

Structural framing and finish carpentry, as well as exterior and interior finishes, through tenant

build out.

Maintained a complete log of subcontractor daily progress, problems, delays, materials and

maintenance

Implemented a safety program which included weekly jobsite meetings where tools and jobsite

safety were discussed
