• Materials Control Manager - Responsible for Vinyl Compound and

Reclaimation departments. Explore, develop and implement product of new

product lines. Cost estimation and capacity planning and equipment installation.

Firestone Industrial Products Company (1990 to 2011)

• Production Manager - Responsible for departmental budgeting and financial

planning within the plant including determining staffing requirements. Direction

and performance review of supervisory and production personnel. Ensure a safe,

quality driven, efficient, and cost effective manufacturing process to satisfy

customer requirements. Presented the CEO award for development and

implementation of our shop floor production information system. Recognized for

continuing yearly productivity increases by upper management

• Industrial Engineer/Environmental Coordinator – Responsible for plant

layout including lean manufacturing and 5s activities, product costing and B.O.M.

construction. Creation of QS and TS procedures to ensure product quality

including SPC control plans and component first article specifications.

Environmental responsibilities include compliance with all environmental

regulatory requirements to include but not limited to the following:

• Waste water treatment POTW permit monitoring, testing and reporting.
