New build RC Frame 6 storey construction, my role here was the final
f inishing and customer care, to ensure a smooth t ransition to handover to the
client, all change order negotiations, client meetings to ensure that all
aspects of the final delivery of the project was to the clients very high
s tandards and expectations.

Refurbishment of 2 Retail stores in Oxford Street, my role here was as a
construction manager, overseeing the demolition and preparation of the
building shell to receive the shop-fit t ing development part of the structure,
ensuring all health and safety criteria were met and all works were carried
out to the exacting standards required by the client.

New build 8 storey 5* hotel in the City of London, my assignment here was
t he development of all front of house areas, including reception, restaurants,
b rasserie, lounges and bars, ensuring that all contractors kept to a very strict
t ime line and that all exceptionally high standards were adhered to, whilst all
aspects of health and safety were not compromised, chairing daily site
meetings to make sure that any problems were addressed in a timely and
p rofessional manner whilst still maintaining the project timeline.

6 storey RC frame building, from conception to completion including all
concrete piling, sewer works and main drainage, overall control of sub-
contractors, project scheduling, all sub-contractors payments, change orders,
C ity permits, client site meetings, health and safety management, quality
control and final handover to the client.

Pinnacle. Sunny Isles Beach.
A $40 million, 32 story new build concrete steel and glass condominium
s tructure on Miami Beach, I held the position of Construction Manager a t
t his project, overseeing the daily handling of all sub-contractors and direct
l abour force personnel and ensuring that all quality control and health and
safety criteria were adhered to. ( 1992-1994)
H idden Bay. Aventu ra.
A $37 million 30 storey new build concrete and glass condominium structure
i n Aventura, Florida, I held the position of Construction Manager a t this
p roject, overseeing the daily handling of all sub-contractors and direct labour
personnel and overall control of the finishing of the units and client walk-
throughs to provide a 5* quality product. (1994-1996)
Ocean Club. Key Biscayne.
A $75 million new build hotel and condominium project of 13, 12 storey
buildings of concrete glass and steel in Key Biscayne, Florida, with many of
t he units of a Design & Build nature, my role here was D esign & Build
M anager to ensure that each individual project was maintained to the
exacting specifications of the clients needs, working in conjunction with
Owners, Architects and engineers to produce an outstanding 5* finish.
(1996-1999)
Park Towers. Las Vegas.
A $ 30 million 2 new build condominium buildings each of concrete glass and
s teel, and constructed to extremely high-end finishes, mostly of a Design &
B uild fi t out ( most of the owners were owners of the major casinos on Las
Vegas strip.
My responsibilities were of Construction Manager and Owners
r epresentative, overseeing all the D &B units after my successes at Ocean
C lub, co-ordinating with the Owners, Owners reps, and all architectural
issues in conjunction with engineers, architects and all relevant sub-
contractors to produce an amazing 5* quality finish, also carried out all
Customer care and after sales procedures. (

T r ump I n te rnational Hotel. Sunny Isles Beach.
A $ 150 million 45 storey High-r ise Apart-Hotel on Sunny Isles Beach,
F lorida, my position here was Senior P roject M anager, responsible for bid
negotiations, sub-contractor selection, weekly project meetings, project
documentation, and supervision of t rades in conjunction with my team of
Superintendents, Site management to construct all front of house areas
i ncluding reception area, bars and restaurants. ( 2001-2002)
6000 I ndian Creek. M iami Beach.
A $ 22 million new build 23 storey condominium building of concrete glass
and steel and post tension cabling, my role here was Senior P roject
M anager u ndertaking all financial and feasibility of the project from initial
b idding to engaging sub-contractors, managing weekly reviews of the cost
p rocedure to chairing weekly project meetings, cost designs and change
orders to sub-contractors, owners, architects and engineers in conjunction
w ith the Construction Manager and relevant Superintendents. ( 2002-
2005)
Te r ra Beachside Villas & Cabana. M iami Beach.
T his was a joint building operation, Terra was a new build 112 loft style
apartments and Cabana was a total refurbishment of an old Hotel on Miami
Beach.My role at these projects was as Senior P roject Manager, overseeing
2 Assistants with various Construction managers and Superintendents,
Terra was 13 blocks of 9 uni ts per block of concrete steel and glass buil t to an
exacting standard, Cabana was a complete refurbishment of a 7 storey hotel,
my role was managing weekly project reviews and costings to keep both
p rojects within budget and on target t imelines. ( 2005-2008)

Construction D i rector.
Responsible for the planning and reconstruction of the exterior and
i nterior of Public Houses, Hotels and Restaurants working in
conjunction with some of the major breweries across the U.K.

Contracting too many of the major Homebuilders, which included the
p lanning and developing, the costing and feasibility of each project,
organising and running of the Carpentry teams on multiple sites to
maximise the construction process.
