Duties: Manager for a staff of 5 purchasers, including, A/C, Plumbing and Electrical,
Appliance, and Universal Purchaser who are responsible for all aspects of purchasing as well as
warranty determination and acquisition. Sole responsibility for all A/C equipment purchasing for
both inventory requirements as well as special orders as required for daily installs. Also, acted as
lead negotiator for the annual bid processes, wherein our vendors were locked into an annual
contract to provide various parts and materials at the best cost and terms. Also managed a staff
of 14 Warehouse workers, including the Warehouse Manager as well as his support personnel.
Other duties include managing cycle counts of inventory, determining and maintaining the
appropriate min/max of stock, approving new items to be stocked as well as which items we will
no longer stock, maintenance of truck stock for 130 service vehicles.

warehouseman, and purchasing staff, to include, hiring, termination, evaluation and disciplining,
of employees. Currently undergoing a total warehouse and purchasing department makeover,
which includes a lean warehousing event, setting up RF bar-coding capabilities for not only the

Issued service PO's for non-inventory items, and for truck equipment. Closed all Inventory,
Service, and Truck PO's upon receipt and verification of all items ordered and received. Serves
as the Vehicle Fleet Manager, relative to the acquisition, disposal, and servicing of the vehicle
fleet in addition to serving as Company Safety Chairman, and as well as the Assistant Branch
Manager. Has responsibility for tracking monthly and yearly line items of the operating budget
ensuring that the financial goals of the Company are met or exceeded.
