NY- This project is a ground-up construction of 100,000 SQ.

FT., reinforced concrete office buildings which involves

multiple construction trades. The project Superintendent

Responsibilities included management of all field operations

and subcontractors; construction supervision, Quality and

safety management, coordination and scheduling. Provided

daily inspection of all equipment and materials used,

making sure they meet contract requirements. Held daily

preparatory meetings with subcontractors and all concerned

parties as needed to discuss QC and safety requirements.

Prepare and maintain project reports/logs including daily

progress reports, quality documentations, shop drawings,

RFIs, submittals, and photos. I provided daily ongoing

audits/inspections of construction activities, contractors and

vendors.

Project Manager/Superintendent:

Marriot Fairfield Inn & Suites ($14M), Medford, NY- is

a ground-up construction with sewage treatment plant. This

project involved multiple trades including general

construction, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The

Superintendent responsibilities included complete

construction oversight including construction supervision,

Quality and safety management, coordination and

scheduling. I Conducted pre construction meetings to

discuss project requirements including quality and safety. I

conducted on going site supervision and inspections and

verifying that materials and work are in conformance with

the contract documents and the approved submittals.

Coordinated and documented the testing and

commissioning of building systems. Maintained all project

reports/logs including as-builds, daily reports, quality

documentations, submittals, RFIs, etc. Assisted in

developing punch-list, and ensured that items of work

identified were properly addressed.

Project Manager/Superintendent:

Marriott Courtyard Hotel - 17 story renovation

($21M), Atlantic City, NJ. The project involved the

renovations of 220 Room extended stay hotel for Marriott.

The project Superintendent Responsibilities included the

venting of subcontractors and management of all field

operations and subcontractors; to oversee and coordinate

the planning, implementation, and supervision of

construction operations. This includes quality and safety

programs. Provided daily onsite supervision of all field

activities, maintained quality records, managed submittal

process, documented construction progress through various

means including daily reports and progress photos. Assisted

in the development of project execution strategies,

determination of resource requirements including

manpower, material needed for successful project

execution. I Assured that all materials, workmanship and

construction are in full compliance with contract

requirements and applicable building codes.

Project Manager/Superintendent:

Mill Pond Commons 100 Unit Gated Townhouse

Community, with clubhouse. This was 24M dollar ground-

up construction of residential and condominium units that

involved multiple construction trades and construction

phases. Responsibilities included being an intermediary

between engineers and architects; provided pre-

construction support, reviewed subcontractor safety and

quality programs; managed schedule, cost, and quality. I

provided onsite construction supervision and management,

including implementation of quality and safety programs.

Mirman Medical Suite, 10 story Medical Building,

($11M) Brooklyn, NY,

Ground up Construction of professional building involving

multiple trades. Reviewed all design decisions before and

during construction. I Ensured conformance with contract

requirements including quality specifications during

construction. I provided onsite construction supervision and

management, including implementation of quality and

safety programs.
