d ivisions. Projects performed under 120 day fixed schedules. Expertise allowed bid
expansions for Municipality work including Fire Stations outside the Hillsborough Area. $15
M annually.
Fulltime Volunteer – St. Matthews House (October 2010 to May 2011)
Provided full-time volunteerism to give back to the community. Prepared food and service for
abused women and those suffering from substance abuse. Participated in distribution of
canned food to poor. Performed food preparation for non-profit catering service.
Construction P rojects Manager – B radanna Construction (September 2004 to October 2010)
P rojects Manager for commercial construction division. Expanded sales from $4 M annual
local sales to $26,000,000.00 throughout State of Florida. Expanded into medical service
(Cleveland Clinic), Emergency Service (via Fire Stations), and Municipality work. Provided
regional construction/emergency preparation for Wachovia Banks; County services for Citicorp.
E xpanded operations into construction of several Church facilities that included worship,
classrooms, kitchens and daycare centers. Food Market stores and grocery stores. Renovated or
constructed several community golf course clubhouses, coordinating with
Designers/Architects/Owners.
P roject Superintendent – DeAngelis Diamond Construction (November 2000 to August 2004)
Projects included Tenant Build-outs, multi-story office spaces, and a 100,000 sq. ft. self-storage
facility. Developed stand alone medical facilities, restaurants and clubhouses. $14,000,000
annual production.

2000)
Industrial Land Development in Ft. Myers; specialized in Pre-Engineered Steel and masonry
construction, resulting in 125 + properties being developed over a 9 year period. I Supervised
15 property developments simultaneously. Company expanded from 1 man drywall repair to
$15,000,000.00 annually in General Contracts. Work included Airport control towers, Private
a irport facilities. The company developed Regional airport storage/distribution center for
FedEx, UPS. Under my supervision we built farm co-op facilities for distribution of seasonal

vegetables and fruits for national distribution. Installed chiller systems for long-term freshness
of products for distribution.
