SUPERINTENDENT - Itasca Construction Associates, Boca Raton, Jan. 1994 to

Aug. 1999 Miami Airport Center, Phase I consisted of new 15" water main

loop and sanitary systems with a Lift Station for the site, as well as

demolition of structures, and construction of a new facade for the

existing building utilizing Tilt-Wall construction technology, performing

the work in phases in order to keep tenants business operations functioning

with minimal interruptions. Phase II was the construction of two new Tilt-

Wall structures: Building D was a 65,000 sq. ft. single tenant warehouse

operations center. Building E was a 35,000 sq. ft. flex space

office/warehouse shell. Gridiron Club in Weston and constructed a 25,000

sq. ft. office and manufacturing plant for Logo of the America's in Weston

Park of Commerce. 200,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space at Blue Lagoon in

Miami.

SUPERINTENDENT - Consolidated Construction, Ft. Laud., June 1993- Jan.

1994

Shell construction on commercial and custom residential projects in Dade

and Broward Counties.

SUPERINTENDENT - Pro Built Const. Inc. West Palm Beach, Nov. 1989-June

1993

Shell contractor. Schools, gymnasiums, warehouses, utilities buildings, car

dealerships, and low rise structures.

SUPERINTENDENT - C. G. Chase Const. Inc. Miami, March 1989-Oct. 1989

Port of Miami-Terminal 8 & 9 Expansion.

I was part of a three superintendent team constructing the Park Place West

Apartment complex, consisting of two high-rise apartment buildings and a

parking garage.

Port of Miami addition to passenger cruise terminal 8 & 9 for Carnival

Cruise Lines.

SUPERINTENDENT - Consolidated Const. Services Inc. Orlando, Oct.1988-March

1989

I was asked to take over as superintendent, when my former employer, Vica

Corp., was relieved from the Bible Baptist Church project in Miami. I also

ran work on other churches in Ft. Pierce and Ft. Lauderdale.

SUPERINTENDENT - Vica Corp Miami, June 1988 to Oct. 1988

Shell contractor on the Bible Baptist Church project. Vica Corp. suffered

financial problems and was removed from the project.

SUPERINTENDENT - Bob Perry Construction, Miami Sept. 1987 to June 1988

Dock Masters office at Cocoplum Marina, Coral Gables. This particular

project involved strategic layout of friction piles to avoid interference

with tie rods and dead men anchorage for the existing seawall surrounding

the site on three sides. This also involved the logistics and coordination

to erect a 83' wide structure, four stories high, on a 100' wide strip of

land with limited access.

SUPERINTENDENT - Jenbar Const. Inc. Miami, June 1983 to Aug.1987

Turnkey general contractor, building warehouses and low rise office

buildings.

I have worked as a carpenter foreman, layout man, and carpenter, both rough

and finish, since 1971. Worked summers as a laborer after High School and

College.

Education:

South Florida Carpenters Union Apprenticeship program, graduated 1975.

Miami Dade Community College majoring in engineering and drafting with

night courses in construction and blue print reading.
