To Whom It May Concern:
Due to unforeseen business circumstances, the Hyundai Ideal Electric Company recently
reduced its manufacturing workforce by 10%. Among the many fine employees who lost
their positions with us was Scott Ekleberry. He had been hired as a Production Supervisor
without a specific Department or Shift assignment. His role was to learn the other
departments operations sufficient to be able to fill in for vacation replacement and to
perform strategic assignments and continuous improvement projects as assigned and as
his capabilities were developed.
Unfortunately, our volumes have fluctuated to the point where the type of position that Scott
was hired for could no longer be sustained. Scott is well educated and applies himself
diligently to his duties. I would recommend him for any
position for which he fits your profile. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey Ames
