Budd-Detroit plant by implementing targeted price
reduction with vendor purchased parts, focused

major changes to scrap removal processes.
Result: Saved over $2 million in one year.
Inventory Control Installed an improved inventory control
system at Budd-Kendallville plant resulting in
major cost savings. System included
improvements in production reporting, scrap
reporting along with checks and balances
insuring system was functioning as designed.
Result: Improvements netted annual inventory
improvements valued at over $.5 million.
Customer Interface Aligned with key customers to troubleshoot and
solve fit and finish issues. Followed
up on customer concerns by visiting assembly
plants to insure corrective actions

in customer relations, reduction of
rejections and chargebacks.

personnel developing improved
inventory control system for both productive

use of bar-coding, automated production count
entry systems which eliminated duplication

Maintenance Supervisor (Contract)
Responsible for all maintenance activities for a 3 shift operation.
Working to set up a reliable PM program with key members of the plant
staff. Did extensive work on the plants air handling systems as well as
basic 5-S activities with the air compressor room as well as other areas
of the plant. Responsible for scheduling all activities including
overtime and weekend project work.
Chrysler Toledo Machining - May 2010 to Oct 2010
Perrysburg, Ohio
Maintenance Supervisor (Contract)
Responsible for maintenance activities in a large manufacturing area
including major repairs, routine maintenance work along with preventative
activities. Worked closely with UAW skilled as well as front line
management and hourly production leaders. Ordered parts, maintained PM
data base for assigned area. Worked with trades and hourly leaders to
discover root causes of repeat maintenance or equipment issues. Left
this plant to October to explorer an opportunity at Johnson Controls in
Holland, Ohio.

Quality Manager-
Provide strong leadership as interim Materials Manager reducing plant
inventory by 40% in a 3 month period along with solving major supply
issues with Key suppliers. With the assistance of division personnel set
up interim MRP system to stream line ordering process for key components.

supply issues of key components used in manufacturing processes.
