WORK EXPERIENCE
Server Test Tech level IV at Hewlett-Packard [H-P]
At Hewlett-Packard I am a Server Tech IV that does the following: performing server hardware
troubleshooting and break-fix. Also, setting up small networks from rack to rack or rack KVM switch
to a workstation(s). Within this position I have worked in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
in order to accomplish our jobs in a timely fashion. This position has afforded me the chance to
troubleshoot network LAN problems within the server test area, as well as, the opportunity to work
with state-of-the-art server hardware.
