Controls & Security (CCS) Kidde Fire Fighting Division in Exton, PA. I’m responsible for the business unit’s overall

Custom Engineered Project and Production Engineering Management for our POG market segment, in addition to the

ACE Continuous Improvement Lean Manufacturing Program, Quality Management Systems and the Supplier Quality

Management Program & Supplier Gold Program development of incumbent and new suppliers. I play a key role in

improvement strategy development and deployment, as well as employee training, improvement implementation and

promotion of a culture of lean continuous improvement. I’m a proven, results and Data-driven, Senior-level

professional with expertise in highly regulated industries with strategic planning, developing/implementing quality

Prior to UTC, my last career assignments were at two Start-up business Operations in the Alternative Wind and

Industrial Power Generation Industries. First was as a core team member of Quality group at Mitsubishi Power

Systems a Multi-National Japanese Power Generation Turbine OEM. Second was as a Supplier Development/

Supplier Quality Manager for the start-up business unit of Gamesa Wind US in Fairless Hills, PA. Gamesa is a

manufacturer of 2MW Wind Turbines for the wind industry. This was a $500M per year Global Business Unit.

I have process knowledge of various manufacturing processes in various technologies which translate well to

business units. My military experience comes with Helicopter Flight Operations experience within the United States

Marine Corps Presidential Helicopter Squadron Marine One HMX-1 supporting the President, Vice President and

Heads of State Missions. I believe those experiences coupled with my military leadership and start-up business

Led the execution of sales contracts in project m anagement processes on multiple parallel projects from client

bid proposals through production and delivery for the customer’s unique large custom engineered systems for

international projects. Overall responsibilities accounting for project execution, budget, cost, schedules and

customer delivery. Managed Production Engineering team ensuring engineering specification releases for

production sites and suppliers were on schedule to include RRCA on in-process production and supply chain

issues to manage earned value and mitigate risk on critical path and long lead items.

Developed and chaired (COPQ) Cost Of Poor Quality program aimed at identifying high drivers contributing to

identifying production profit losses through activity based costing. Developed and implemented effective
