design of a co-generation platform for increased efficiencies.

. Instrumental in the systems mechanical designs, electrical
designs, materials selections and assembly. Designed the
heating system for endothermic process driving hydrogen
production. Re-designed the reformer stacks to reduce
costs and increase throughput.

selection; equipment, supplies and manufactured components

During tenure managed and led all aspects of plant and production
operations. This includes the sourcing and procurement of all

person factory into a very profitable, highly attractive state

. Completed the transition from manual machines that required

JIT, SPC, Kaizen, etc
. Led the development of Jem's NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)
laboratory which included X Ray, Ultrasonic, Magnetic
Particle, Eddy Current and Fluorescent Penetrant
capabilities
. Implemented ISO 14001 (Nadcap - Performance Review
Institute Registrar) standard over a 12 month period as
