. Originated $9,000,000 in 2008, $22,000,000 in 2009 and
$27,000,000 in 2010 in residential loans according to Fannie
Mae and secondary investor guidelines that were all sold over
the secondary mortgage market.
. Worked directly under COO of mortgage division Carnegie
Mortgage in day to day operations. Learning all aspects of the
mortgage lending process from origination and sales, to
processing, underwriting, credit analysis, closing, post
closing and the sale of the loan on the secondary market into
Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie MBS, and investors
. Acted as preferred lender for condominium developer in
Hoboken, NJ. Acted as the bank representative between the
commercial lending department at Grand Bank and the developer
to secure commercial lines of credit that would be paid off
thru mortgage end loans. Successfully, obtained Fannie Mae
condominium approvals on developer's 25 units building 1325
Adams st in September of 2009 making the mortgages on the
condominiums warrantable for Fannie Mae securitization.
. Acted as preferred lender in 2008 for a 20 unit condominium
conversion in New York City at 211 west 88th st., Successfully
securing Fannie Mae approval for the building and handling all
the end loans within the building
2007 - 2008 Assistant Controller
. Worked with CFO of the bank to design and implement an
automated and seamless accounting system between the Banks
mortgage subsidiary Carnegie Mortgage and the banks accounting
systems
. Reconciled banks national warehouse lending accounts on a
daily basis
. Prepared monthly P&L and balance sheet for warehouse lending
line and mortgage departments net retail branches that were
reported directly to the Banks CFO
. Processed daily wire requests for wholesale origination firm
reviewing OFACs, and reviewing settlement statements related
