? Operated 3300 ton Verson Transfer Presses for manufacture of Chrysler
Minivan, Jeep Automobile, and Dodge Truck body panels, roofs, hoods, and
other large body parts, and almost doubled productivity by designing 3
air manifolds (patent pending) and air lines:
. Boosting air pressure 35%.
. Enabling suction cups on crossbars to hold parts, while making
transfers faster.
. Increasing production from 8 SPM to 14 SPM.
? Manufactured as many as 4K parts daily with 99% passing quality
inspections.
? Developed Kick Back Stop for Load Table, in-house for $50K, enabling
continuous proper alignment of panels; minimizing errors, waste, and die
damage, projected to save hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.
? Programmed Allen Bradley Robotic and Control Systems; ensuring
accurate specifications and on-time production by moving pieces one at a
time from De-stacker to Drop Belt.
