PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Service Coordinator: Johnson Equipment Company, Tulsa, OK December 2011 to November 2012
I was directly responsible for scheduling technicians’ daily activities. It was my responsibility to schedule outside contractors,
equipment, and coordinate with the site foremen and the customer to ensure job completion by their scheduled deadlines. I oversaw all
office responsibilities which included assisting sales force, contracts and submittals, scheduling deliveries, scheduling repair/ warranty
work, purchasing, invoicing/ billing, and maintaining payroll for the Tulsa facility. I was also responsible for the warehouse inventory,
cycle counts, forklift, organization, and shipping and receiving.
Shipping/Parts Lead: BizJet International, Tulsa, OK December 2009 to April 2011
Coordinated all shipping and receiving for the VIP completions department. Worked closely with production on customer needs and
production deadlines. Shipped out all items from the completions department for both US and international shipments via many
different sources. I worked with purchasing and accounting on customer requirements, billing of services and in house needs. I was
also tasked with inventory transactions, cycle counting, and keeping consumable items in stock per the production schedule. I also
helped implement 5S and Lean Management strategies within the parts room and shipping department.
Production/ shipping Supervisor: Port City Metal Services, Tulsa, OK March 2005 to May 2009
Utilize manufacturing experience and expertise to perform a wide range of duties designed to ensure on time completion of projects.
Perform production scheduling, quality inspections, and oversee multiple shifts. In addition, serve as contact with sales department
regarding orders and liaison with more than 20 accounts. Scheduled shipping and outside trucking needs based on due dates and
customer requested timelines.
