Symphony is the name of Abbott's multi year project to re-implement SAP on
ECC 6.0. Symphony helps Abbott business to simplify and harmonize their
processes with an integrated way of working. Symphony provides Abbott with
access to better information that they can use to respond more effectively
to opportunities in the marketplace.
Responsibilities -
. Reviewing the Functional Specifications document, discussing the

Marks and Spencer is one of the biggest Retail Chain in the World with its
headquarters in UK. They have embarked upon a Global SAP Retail
Implementation Project which has started in 2008. The Release I of the
Project is scheduled to go-live on Jan'10 and Release II on Dec'10. The
first two releases encompassed their major business in UK. This will be
followed by the Global Rollout in other countries. This is going to be one
of the biggest projects in the Distribution Sector and is also a key
account for the Retail Industry.
Responsibilities -
. Reviewing the Functional Specifications document.
. Development of XI Implementation objects on their basis.
. Analyzing Integration Documents and preparing Technical
Specifications and Integration Testing Document.
. Testing the object end-to-end.

Project FSO II is a mySAP ERP 2005(ECC 6.0)/ERP 6.0 implementation to
replace the current SAP 4.6c application. The organizational goal is to
consolidate the In-Scope Companies within the SAP application software,
driving a single SAP organizational design and a consolidated set of
business processes. The primary design element is to consolidate multiple
company codes down to two companies' codes - one for all Sales Companies
and one for PNA HQ and Consolidation Reporting.
