insurance companies to verify authorizations, and processed all facets of

patient admission, registration, and bed request.

Achievements:

. Received "Great Catch" Award for detection of conflicting patient

identification information, ultimately eliminating a potential error in

Health company providing at home care from skilled professional nursing

staff and non-licensed medical providers.

Private Duty Regional Director

Multifaceted role overseeing operations for 100+ primary care attendants

including directing $1.39M in annual payroll, facilitating staff training

in custodial home care, management / inventory of client medical supplies,

and ensuring 100% compliance assurance with agency, state, and federal

guidelines. Provided marketing projection and managed 200+ business to

business (B2B) relationships across Central and Northern Texas (e.g.

doctor's offices, civic leaders, agencies).

period for private pay division through development and execution of
