MINI PROJECT:

“LATHE ATTACHMENT IN HACKSAW”

The project deals with the hacksaw in the lathe. It is used for cutting a materials. By using this

attachment the motion can get from the chuck rotation. While conducting this operation the

kinematics application were applied.

MAIN PROJECT:

“MANUFACTURING DEVELOPMENT FOR REDUCING CYCLE TIME IN

WELDING FOR ROTOR POST”

We have chooses to reduce the cycle time of the welding process of rotor post. This

consumes a lot of time and required large space area. By designing Plumber block that can

hold the rotor post on two ends. Since the rotor post rest at high above shop floor, rib plate

welding can done in a single unit.
