Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for 4 major customers with over
18 carriers and in excess of 1000 pieces of equipment in the yard
Proactively communicating with customers, carriers, and dray operations to ensure a fluid
and flowing gate in/out process
Promptly notifying customers and carriers regarding load status and ensuring loaded
outbound equipment is picked up according to customer’s LOS agreement
Review all BOL’s prior to equipment pick up to address any load problems before the
carrier arrives
