JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

. Preparation of schedule for vendors and follow up for regular supply.

. Preparation and processing of requisition and purchase order.

. To decide and follow all level of inventory control like minimum

level, maximum level, safety stock etc.

. Attending breakdown on priority basis and arranging all required

parts.

. Vendor selection and capability evolution to manufacture the parts

. Monitor and Work with supplier to improve their performance in terms

of Delivery and customer satisfaction.

. To handle day to day issue of vendors -Quality and supply.

. Cost reduction by finding and developing new suppliers.

. Stock monitoring

. Costing of new developing part.

. Parts supply tracking.

. Asset management.
