Ocean Team Qatar 2005 - 2011

Position: Site Engineer.

Duties:

-Operating and supervising different Oil flushing.

-Air drying, and chemical cleaning Units Offshore/Onshore.

-Repairing and maintenance for the units.

-Direct contact with the client.

Offshore and onshore experience:

1-Chemical cleaning for pipe lines using heaters and centrifugal pumps.

2- Acid cleaning using the 200bar piston pumps

3-Air drying for long pipeline remove water by foam pig

4-Oil flushing for loop oil pipe lines and vent line on Turbines using pulsation

system.

5-Oil flushing for all pipes on stock compressor and cleaning the whole

hydraulic system.

6-Installing valves, connections and fittings for the well head actuators, and Oil

7-flushing for the LP and HP pipe lines starting from the WELL HEAD CONTROL

PANEL to the MCV’s,WCV’s and SSSV’s

8-Commissioning and flushing and drying a well head control panels in

RASLAFAN.

Workshop experience:

1-Maintenance for all the tools and pumps available in the workshop due to the

procedures and manuals.

2-Updating the maintenance records in the system.

Maintenance for Air drying system.

Office experience:

1-Controlling certificates issued and reports. Follow up with the client, follow

up with my team.

2-Holding meetings with the team to be more professional and giving best

service quality.

Doriane Company 2003-2005 Lebanon-Beirut

Position: Designer and Programming.

Duties:

Drawing Molds by Catia program and programming machines by Surfcam (Milling and

Lathe machine in 2 and 3 dimensions).

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Comply with All company policies, wear Personal Protective Equipment at all times

and observe health, safety and environmental policies.

1-Training and Development:

• Complete Training modules for promotion to General Maintenance Technician

(GMT)career level as per SCDP.

• Complete required safety training and necessary certifications.

• Responsible for the training and mentoring process for less senior Mechanical

Technician.

2-Assists:

• The Maintenance Staff in ensuring clean, orderly and safe working conditions in the

workshop and disposal of waste according to properly conducted methods.

• In job risk analysis and continual improvement programs in the district.

• In parts purchasing in Fleet Assistant and budget control.

• In promoting job safety, ordering parts, maintaining spares inventory, preventative

maintenance reporting, and with the planning and operating of the maintenance

department.

3-Performs:

• Labor tracking in Fleet Assistant.

• Repair Orders in Fleet assistant.

• Scheduled maintenance planning tasks and keeps required records.

• In-Touch ticket submission.

• Daily unsupervised maintenance and well site calls on company equipment.

• Main component changes on engines, pumps, transmissions, etc.

• Local regulatory inspection reports after equipment inspection.

• Stand alone rebuilds on all hydraulic / pneumatic systems components.

• All mechanical repairs and trouble shooting on PLC’s.

• All mechanical repairs and trouble shooting on instrumentation (Pressure, flow,

level, density).

• STEM I, II and III on all WS equipment at the location.
