. Presently working with U MEDICA LABORATORIES PVT. LTD. Plot no.221,P.B. NO. 73,GIDC,VAPI-365 195. GUJRAT as in a Quality assurance

department since 27 August 2012.to till date.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring shop floor activity and report against non compliance.

Online review of GMP documents like balance verification record,

temperature and %RH record, differential air pressure record etc.

Execution of line clearance function for all critical stages like,

manufacturing & packaging stages.

Online documentation and labeling.

Collection of samples from different stage of manufacturing and packaging.

Review of filled BMR and BPR before final release.

Dispensing of raw materials.
