Objective: To obtain a rewarding nursing position that utilizes my

my teachers. Having been a LVN for several
years I have worked several
environments from Private duty, Alzheimer's
facilities, from Nursing rehabs
to Doctor's offices. My love has always drawn
me to the elder population.

medications, supervise CNAs, CMAs,
I have done many Skin assessments, incident
reports and reported to Doctors.
I have done wound care, aseptic technique and
have seen improvement with
colostomy and G tube excoriation. I have also
pitched in and assisted with ADLs
I have studied charts for MDS documentation, I
have also been responsible
for ordering the proper supplies for the work
to be done, and I am now a certified
phlebotomist.
