Project Description: American Express marketing department rolls out new

campaigns to prospective and current card members and tracks various

parameters regarding their financial spend and retention with American

Express. The objective of the project was to gather data from various

source systems and create ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide business

users insight regarding card acquisition patterns, financial spends, track

retention and better train customer service representatives using this

information.

and functional requirements and data specifications.
