Project Manager/CAD Designer – Extreme Log Homes & Extreme Construction– Fruita, CO 2012–Current
•Expert in all phases of residential and light commercial design, building construction, drafting and structural design.
•Project Designer- expert in structural design for all phases of construction from foundations to roofs and framing to finish.
•Designed, supervised & soley responsible for the construction of a display model log cabin in Grand Junction, CO.
•Project Manager- expert in working, coordinating and overseeing the work of all sub-contractors.
•Training- Instructed and trained all sub-contractors about the specifics of log home building.
•Customer Relations- specialized in all sales, marketing & customer relations.
•Initial customer contact via internet, phone calls or in person at the model showroom visits.

•Supervised all operations from sales and marketing, bidding, design, engineering, excavations, septic systems, foundations through complete construction.

•Supervised construction work and planning of 5 superintendants and 75 employees. Sold and built homes in more than 30 states.

•Brought company into computer age by making materials list and construction cost breakdown onto Excel spreadsheets, and implemented sales follow up through ACT sales software.
