Recruited during merger negotiations and served as key player on Planning Committee developing and reviewing options
for merger candidates. Managed 6 Physician practices, 3 Clinics, Hospital program, and freestanding Surgery Center,

with outside attorneys for Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission review to gain approval. Completed merger

Increased operating margin from 1.7% to 2.9% in addition days cash on hand from 109 to 135 during merger
discussions.
Turned $90K monthly operating loss to $10K monthly operating gain within 18 months of tenure at majority owned
surgery center. Led implementation of 32 new applications on McKesson platform.
Led startup of Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Centers. Streamlined process for patient and hospital to review
and approve Charity Care Policies.
Launched Up Front Cash Deposit program that started at $0.00 and grew to $20K in 3 months.
