Worked on the microbial production of LPL (Lipoprotein Lipase ) from SV43 fungal cultures (Rhizopus species).

Prepared PDA slants for sub culturing and carried out confirmatory test for fungal growth.

Hands on experience in media and spore suspension preparation.

Harvested the cells using filtration and carried out AMANO assay to calculate the LPL activity.

Amplification and cloning of A539R gene of PBCV-1 and transformed it into E.coli using Pmal-c5E vector and confirmed the transformation by restriction

mapping, colony PCR, batch chromatography and western blotting .
