Put into place inbound materials tracking as is related to the

production schedule to avoid excess and slow moving inventory.

. 2006 - 2007 Improved on time delivery from 70% to 96% within one year.

. 2007: Improved project supportability from day to day to reflect a 3

week firm manufacturing and production schedule. This helped to

improve overall efficiencies resulting in approximately 300,000 filled

units per day in 2007 up from 150,000 units per day in 2006.
